What can you expect from our kickboxing class?
Our kickboxing classes involve performing combinations with a partner while the coach corrects your technique. In some classes you can also improve your skills in sparring (but only if you feel comfortable).
Whether you are a beginner or advanced kickboxer, the aim is to work on your offence, defence and footwork. You will receive individual feedback and the support you need to develop your mental and physical strength.
For both experienced members and beginners, the goal is to improve your offense, defense and footwork. You will receive all the assistance you need to improve your mental and physical strength.
