What Can You Expect from Our Heavy Bag Classes?

Our heavy bag workouts are High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and technique. You’ll partner up and take turns hitting and holding the bag during intense 1 to 2-minute rounds, pushing each other to perform at your best.

The class kicks off with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready, followed by the main workout where you’ll drill specific combinations on the bag. A beep timer sets the pace, guiding you through intervals that challenge both your explosivity and endurance. Throughout the session, the coach will call out new combinations with each round and provide personalized feedback to help improve your technique. The class wraps up with a cool-down and targeted core training to strengthen your midsection.

Our heavy bag classes are perfect for boosting your cardio, building explosiveness, and sharpening your kickboxing fundamentals. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced kickboxer, everyone is welcome!
